Data is used to display grades, attendance, and assignments to you, parents, and authorized teachers, and to send school-related notifications. Your data is never used for commercial advertising.
تُخزَّن البيانات على خوادم Supabase داخل الاتحاد الأوروبي (فرانكفورت)، ويُقيّد الوصول عبر API موثّق وفحص الدور ونطاق المدرسة وسياسات أمان قاعدة البيانات.
Data is stored on Supabase servers in the EU (Frankfurt). Access is restricted by authenticated APIs, role checks, school scope, and database Row Level Security.
يخدم هذا التطبيق طلاباً قد يكون بعضهم دون 13 عاماً. تُنشئ المدرسة الحسابات وتديرها، وعليها امتلاك الصلاحية القانونية وأي موافقة مطلوبة من ولي الأمر لمعالجة سجلات الطالب. لا نعرض إعلانات تتبّع للأطفال.
This app serves students who may be under 13. Accounts are created by the school, not self-registered. The school must have the legal authority and any required guardian consent to process student records. No tracking ads are shown to children.
يمكنك طلب حذف حسابك من داخل التطبيق (الإعدادات، الخصوصية والأمان، طلب حذف الحساب) أو عبر /account-deletion. نتحقق من الهوية أولاً، وتُعالج الطلبات عادة خلال 7 أيام عمل. قد يُحتفظ ببعض السجلات المدرسية أو المالية التي يفرض القانون بقاءها مع تقييد الوصول إليها. ويحق لك أيضاً طلب نسخة من بياناتك من صفحة /account-deletion بعد تسجيل الدخول.
Request deletion in the app (Settings, Privacy and Security, Request Account Deletion) or at /account-deletion. Identity is verified first; requests are normally processed within 7 business days. Legally required school or financial records may be retained with restricted access. You may also request a copy of your own data at /account-deletion once signed in.

Meta/WhatsApp (graph.facebook.com) وResend (api.resend.com) يُستخدمان فقط لإيصال تنبيهات التشغيل إلى مشغّل المنصة. Cloudflare يقع أمام الخدمة، لذا تمر كل حركة البيانات من التطبيق وإليه عبره. Upstash Redis يحفظ معرّفات تحديد معدّل الطلبات (معرّف المستخدم أو عنوان IP) لفترات قصيرة.
Your data is never sold. The following external services receive data as part of operating the app: Supabase (Frankfurt, EU) stores all application data. Expo (exp.host) receives your device push token and the title and body of each notification sent to you; browser push services (such as those run by Google, Apple and Mozilla) deliver web notifications and receive your push subscription endpoint and the encrypted notification payload. Telegram (api.telegram.org) receives the alerts and replies of an internal platform-operations bot, which can include user full names and roles, sales-lead contact names and phone numbers, and aggregate counts and totals of outstanding fees. It also receives an alert for every account-deletion request, containing the requester's name and role and, depending on the channel, their email address, school name, login identifier or stated reason. Anthropic (api.anthropic.com) receives the text of AI features: for calendar suggestions the school name, student count and upcoming event titles and dates; for grade analysis the subject names and aggregate class statistics (student names are not sent); and for the operator's internal assistant aggregate platform figures and diagnostic error text. Meta/WhatsApp (graph.facebook.com) and Resend (api.resend.com) are used only to deliver operational alerts to the platform operator. Cloudflare sits in front of the service, so all traffic to and from the app passes through it. Upstash Redis stores rate-limiting identifiers (a user ID or IP address) for short periods.
يُستخدم التطبيق في العراق، لكن البيانات لا تُخزَّن فيه. تُحفظ بيانات التطبيق على خوادم داخل الاتحاد الأوروبي (فرانكفورت)، وتُدار الخدمات المذكورة أعلاه من خارج العراق، وبشكل أساسي من الاتحاد الأوروبي والولايات المتحدة. استخدامك للتطبيق يعني نقل بياناتك ومعالجتها خارج بلدك.
The app is used in Iraq, but the data is not stored there. Application data is held on servers in the EU (Frankfurt), and the processors listed above are operated from outside Iraq, mainly in the EU and the United States. Using the app means your data is transferred and processed outside your country.
المدارس معزولة عن بعضها، فلا يمكن لأي مدرسة الاطلاع على بيانات مدرسة أخرى. الاستثناء هو حساب مشغّل المنصة (super_admin) الذي يمكنه الوصول إلى بيانات جميع المدارس على المنصة لأغراض تشغيل الخدمة ودعمها.
Schools are isolated from each other: no school can read another school's data. The platform operator account (super_admin) is the exception — it can access data across all schools on the platform in order to run and support the service.
